I'm Angela but you may know me as horror ghoul

I created this website for myself as a fun hobby, another way to incorporate my love for horror.  This is a site to showcase my ever growing physical media and collectibles that will continuously be updated. While I was at it, I thought it would be fitting for me to reveal my Horror Movie yearly rankings, While listing the horror movies I watched that particular year. This way, you would know from what i viewed to painstakingly pull together a top Year movie list. Which is only my opinion. Yours may be similar or very different and that is great!  What is important to me, is that we all love horror and appreciate it. the good, the painfully bad, and the Absolute Bonkers.

I have been asked what was the first horror movie I can remember seeing and as I was organizing my collection, again, I had a flashback! It was the hospital scene from It's Alive. Well that sealed my fate and love for horror. That movie came out in 1974 and I was around 5 years-old when I saw it. To be fair to myself, I'm saying 5 years after the movie was released.

It took several years before I could watch a horror movie without covering my eyes or looking down from the screen.  but that didn't stop me. I always searched out the excitement and fear. Every weekend I would ride my bike to the local ma and Pa video store and go straight to the glorious Horror section. all those stunning VHS covers with amazing artwork or photography that would suck me in and lead me to believe I was going to see the most horrific wonderful movie.

almost 50 years later, i'm still here and even more devoted to the genre that has always been there to keep me company and bring me comfort. the only difference is, i have my own money and I can spend it on vinyl scores, blu-rays and collectibles.
